Summertime in the Lakes & Bay
We stay in Morecambe a seaside town located on the edge of the bay in its own name making it an ideal place to explore this part of North West England.
On this holiday we visit the seaside town of Morecambe offering views across the bay to the Cumbrian coastline. During our stay we offer scenic day excursions to the Yorkshire Dales and the Southern Lake District both showing their unique beauty, with a free day to explore the seaside town of Morecambe.
Day 1
This morning we join our coach from your joining point and begin our journey to Morecambe with a suitable lunch stop enroute. We arrive at our hotel late afternoon and are welcomed by the staff before our evening meal.
DDay 2
Today after breakfast we make a scenic tour of the Yorkshire Dales. We first travel following the Lune Valley and then the River Ribble to Hawes where we stop for a visit at the local cheesemaker - Wensleydale, where we are able to watch a demonstration about their cheese. We return through stunning scenery back to our hotel in Morecambe for our evening meal.
Day 3
Today after breakfast is a free day to explore the town and beach of Morecambe or perhaps catch the local bus into the nearby historical city of Lancaster.
B, DDay 4
We enjoy our breakfast at the hotel before joining our coach for a journey into the Southern Lake District and the town of Bowness on Windermere, where we take a boat trip around Lake Windermere. We then take a short break before joining our coach for the journey back to our hotel in Morecambe.

We enjoy our breakfast at the hotel before joining our coach back to your joining point with a lunch break enroute.

This hotel offers a warm welcome on our arrival, and is located on the promenade facing the bay, but close to the town centre. All the bedrooms are en suite with television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The majority of rooms are served by a lift.
