The Carvery consists of; Aberdeen Angus Beef, Scottish Leg of pork and locally reared turkey served with a host of seasonal vegetables, not forgetting our famous homemade garlic sautéed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, finally finished with traditional homemade gravy and Yorkshire pudding.
