On this holiday we enjoy our stay at the popular seaside town of Eastbourne, with its long flat promenade to stroll along and the town to explore. There is a choice of attractions to visit and scenery to enjoy to make this an enjoyable holiday. We include an excursion to the nearby seaside city of Brighton and Hove and the historic town of Battle, and there is a train journey along the Kent and East Sussex Railway to enjoy.
Day 1
We depart this morning and travel through the English countryside with a lunch stop on the way before arriving at our hotel in Eastbourne, where we are welcomed with a cup of tea or coffee. There is time to settle in before our evening meal.
DDay 2
This morning after a leisurely breakfast we join our coach for the journey along the coast road to the city of Brighton. On arrival there will be time to explore the city, perhaps wander around the famous "Lanes", visit the historic Pavilion or take a ride along the beachfront on the electric Volks Railway. After a day exploring we rejoin the coach and travel back to our hotel in Eastbourne.
B, DDay 3
Today is a free day to explore Eastbourne and its attractions.
B, DDay 4
After breakfast we travel to the attractive town of Battle, which gets its name from the Battle of Hastings in 1066 which changed British history. We give you time to explore its attractions before rejoining our coach for the journey to nearby town of Tenterden. Here we join our train for the journey through the Kent countryside to the village of Bodiam, whilst enjoying a boxed cream tea. Afterwards we join the coach and travel back to Eastbourne and our hotel.
B, DDay 5
We say farewell to our hotel and Eastbourne and return back to your joining points.

This three star hotel is located on the seafront overlooking the Royal Parade and a short walk from the town centre. It has a lounge, bar and indoor swimming pool.
All the bedrooms are en suite with television, hairdryer and a tea/coffee making facilities, and are served by a lift.
Please note: Some rooms do have steps to get to them from the lift.
