Arena Bag Policy

Ensuring your safety is our number one priority. We operate a bag policy to facilitate quick searches and minimise contact.

 

Ideally, please do not bring a bag. If you must bring a bag, it must be no larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm) with a maximum of two compartments.

Rucksacks and oversized bags are not permitted. All bags are searched.

 

As well as ensuring your safety, the new bag policy allows us to search quickly and with minimal contact.

There are no exceptions to our bag policy, so if you have brought a bag larger than what's permitted you will not be allowed to enter with it.

 

 

The venue “Utilita Arena Birmingham” advises that if you wish to purchase food or drink in the Forum Live or at the Kiosks either side of the Arena Bowl, these transactions can only be carried out using a Contactless card/Apple Pay/Android Pay or Samsung Pay which they hope will lead to speedier service and less queuing.
