Enjoy a stay in the picturesque and historic town of Whitby.
On this holiday we stay in Whitby a new destination for Yeomans. The town is full of little alleyways and narrow streets to wander and is dominated by the ruins of its Abbey which you can climb the 199 steps to reach. Plus the town has a fleet of fishing vessels bringing the catch daily for its famous fish and chips.
We include excursions travelling on the North Yorkshire railway through picturesque countryside, a visit to the Ryedale Folk Museum and a visit to Castle Howard the setting for television programme Brideshead Revisited.
